RCMP investigate suspicious vehicle in Three Mile Plains

THREE MILE PLAINS - RCMP are investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle in Three Mile Plains.



On Wednesday, June 12th, between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., an 11-year-old boy was walking along the Windsor Back Road when he was approached by a lone male in a vehicle.  The male told the boy to "get in the car" but the youth declined and ran to a nearby house on Panuke Road.  He did not see the vehicle again.

The vehicle is described as a possible four door Buick sedan and beige in colour.

The male is described as white, 30 to 40 years of age with short curly grey hair and a scruffy face with facial hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing eye glasses, a two-tone baseball hat that is beige with a blue bill and an unknown logo on the front.  He was wearing a striped cross-pattern grey and yellow shirt with faded blue jeans.

The vehicle may have been driving in the surrounding area before or after the reported incident.
