PICTOU - A 21-year-old man from Guysborough has been charged with stunting.
According to an RCMP news release, the Eastern Traffic Services were conducting speed enforcement checks on Highway 104 on Friday night and observed a vehicle travelling at 160 km/h in a 100 km/h zone.
The driver was charged under the Motor Vehicle Act and was suspended from driving for at least one week. His car was also seized for a week. Upon conviction, the driver also faces a fine of $2412.41 and an automatic six points will be assigned to his driver's record.
