Fundraiser for Truro summer camp program

TRURO – A bluegrass concert fundraiser will be held in Truro on April 26 in support of Bright Skies Day Camp for Kids With Special Needs.

The concert will be held at the Truro legion on Brunswick Street from 7 to 9:30 p.m., featuring music by Shirley, Wayne and Luke Teasdale, LBD and G Country and Next of Kin.

The cost is $5 per person. There will be door prizes, a silent auction and 50/50 draw.

The camp has been organized by volunteers with Parents Supporting Parents for the past two years and has provided an active summer program for more than 20 children with special needs.
