Two men facing multiple charges

BIBLE HILL – A search warrant executed at a Blainedale Drive residence in Salmon River has resulted in drug and weapons charges against two men.

RCMP Corporal Addie Maccallum said police

seized marihuana and various weapons including insecure firearms, prohibited ammunition, pepper spray and prohibited knives from inside the residence during the Tuesday search.

Two unidentified men, aged 22 and 24, were arrested at the scene and are to appear in provincial court in Truro on May 15.

Both men have been released from custody.
