TRURO – The United Commercial Travelers (UCT) Truro Council #856 recently donated $1,000 to the Colchester Community Workshops.

The 50th anniversary of the local UCT council will be celebrated during its annual charter night dinner on March 23 at the Best Western Glengarry. Tickets ($22 each) are available from Phil Dauphinee at 893-3488.

UCT’s motto is ‘People Helping People.’
