Three months jail time for Truro man

TRURO – A Truro man who pled guilty to a variety of charges, including possessing stolen property from Sears, on Monday was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Michael Todd Whitman, 36, of 22 Willow Lane, Apt. 7, was also convicted of fraud involving a $15 cab fare ad of breaching probation conditions and court undertakings.

Whitman was given credit for eight days already served in jail.

After being released from custody, he will be placed on probation for a further 12 months.
