TRURO - A total of 20 Colchester County citizens have been appointed to sit on a variety of boards and committees for the current term of council.

Citizens Monitoring Committee – No letters of interest received

French River Watershed Advisory Committee – Greg Watson, Allan C. Bonnyman and Jim Baird

Joint Planning Advisory Committee (interjurisdictional) – Paul Weatherby

Planning Advisory Committee – Dave Totten, Paul Weatherby, John Vissers and Yuill Herbert

Tatamagouche Planning Advisory Committee – David Gunn, Angus Bonnyman, Perry Swan, Aubrey Ryan and Richard Frotten

Tatamagouche Water Utility Committee – Peter Pope, Mike Forbes and Raymond Lewis

Police Advisory Board – Roger Miller and John Hawkins

Flood Advisory Board - Ed Franklin and Hank Kolstee

Joint Flood Advisory Committee – Robert Monk

Community Centre Operating Board – Nevin Jackson (three years); John Kelderman (two years) and Brad Ritcey (one year)
