Provincial surplus auction on Saturday

HALIFAX – Shrug off the winter blahs with the provincial government surplus auction in Dartmouth on Saturday.

The auction features a large van, assorted audio, visual and electronic equipment, five barristers' bookcases, two treadmills and other exercise equipment, power tools, commercial kitchen appliances, shelving units, furniture and more.

The items can be viewed on auction day between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. and online at www.gov.ns.ca/tran/hottopics/auction.asp .

This auction is at 10 a.m., at the Auction Advantage Warehouse at 11 Mount Hope Ave., Dartmouth.

The auction will be conducted by Auction Advantage. Cash, debit, credit card or auctioneer-approved cheques will be accepted.

All profits will be used to reduce the provincial deficit.
