According to Environment Canada, the temperature in the Truro area was at about -21 degrees with a wind-chill factor of -29. The day’s forecast calls for a mix of sun and cloud with 60 percent chance of flurries, westerly winds of 30 km/h gusting to 50 km/h. The day’s high is forecase at -15. Cold wind chill minus 29.
