Furnace oil prices see slight increase

TRURO - The following is a survey of furnace oil prices in the Truro/Colchester County area as of Jan. 22.

The prices are in cents per litre, before tax, and do not take into account minimum delivery amounts, volume discounts, specials, coupons or service packages that may be offered by some companies. This feature will appear weekly in the Daily News throughout the winter:

Average price for Jan. 22 is $1.06.6 per litre, which is up from the previous reporting, which was $1.05.8 per litre.

i wonder how esso can offer it's oil 3cents cheaper?
