TRURO - Colchester County councillors Christine Blair and Mike Cooper will serve as the municipality's new representatives for its art selection committee.
Each year, the county calls for submissions from local artists to select a piece of artwork to add to the municipal collection, which is displayed in the county building.
The submissions are presented during the county's annual art show, which this year runs from Nov. 6 to Nov. 30. Judging will take place Nov. 6 from 2 to 4 p.m.
The opening reception will be held Nov. 6 from 7 to 8:15 p.m. at the NSCC Truro campus McCarthy Gallery.
