Road crews were busy on Tuesday completing the clearing of trees and other debris that had partly been blocking the water route under a bridge on Highway 311 in North River. The bridge became clogged during recent flooding and some area residents were concerned it could lead to more flooding damage. HARRY SULLIVAN TRURO DAILY NEWS
