Woman dead after crash on Highway 102 near Enfield

Halifax police are investigating a fatal crash that happened on Thursday night on Highway 102 near Enfield

At about 8:20 p.m., police say there was a single-vehicle accident, with the female passenger dying on scene. The male driver was taken to hospital in Halifax with non-life threatening injuries.

The accident happened between Exits 7 and 8.
