RCMP investigating Brookfield robbery

BROOKFIELD - Colchester County RCMP are searching for man who robbed a pharmacy in Brookfield on Sunday afternoon.

At about 2:20 p.m., the lone male entered the pharmacy on Highway 2. The man threatened a staff member and stated he had a firearm but none was seen.

The suspect obtained a quantity of prescription pills before fleeing on foot in the direction of Roop's Esso on Highway 2 where he was picked up by a purple Chrysler PT Cruiser.

The suspect is described as a native male, about 20 years old, six feet tall, having bad facial acne and wearing a grey, plaid hoodie.
