TRURO - A Truro man has been ordered to serve 15 days in custody after breaching his house arrest terms.
Kevin John James DeWolfe, 26, of 18 Laurie St., Apt 2A, was given a conditional sentence last year after being convicted of trafficking marijuana.
His house arrest was cancelled on Monday, however, after DeWolfe pled guilty to breaching his terms by failing to keep the peace and be of good behaviour and failing to remain in his residence as ordered.
