TRURO – Only a few roads in Colchester County remain closed Tuesday evening due to flooding from Monday’s torrential rain.

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal lists the following roads as still closed:

Mountain Road - between Route 326 and Joudrey Road

Park Street


New River Road, Kemptown


East Mountain - from end of pavement to Valley Rd


Hillvale Drive


Kerrs Mill Road, Wallace - Between Route 6 and Route 368


Roads that are still flooded but passable with caution include Kemptown Road and Exit 14 on Highway 102.
