Truro library's fall programs beginning this week

TRURO - The Truro branch of the Colchester East Hants Public Library has a number of fall programs starting this week.

Lifebook, a face-to-face Facebook group for teens ages 13 to 19, will run every Wednesday from 5:15 to 5:45 p.m. The program starts Wednesday and runs until Dec. 12.

Also on Wednesdays, from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m., the library will host Blast, a youth group for the same age range.

Registration for both programs can be done during the respective programs.

Running Thursday mornings from Thursday to Oct. 18 is Picture Book Time for children three to five years old. It runs from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. and registration is done by calling 895-1625.

Baby, Me & Mother Goose, a program for children up to 18 months, runs Tuesdays from Oct. 2 to Dec. 4. There are two time slots - 10 to 10:45 a.m. and 11 to11:45 a.m. To register, call Maggie's Place Family Resource Centre at 895-0200.

Tales for Two's for children ages three to five will run Wednesday mornings, between 11 and 11:30, from Oct. 3 to Nov. 7. Registration begins on Tuesday by calling 895-1625.
