Little Stella, 5, of Bible Hill, was all smiles Thursday morning as she waited with her father Dave Henderson for the doors to open at East Court Road School to begin her first day of formal education. Stella is one of more than 7,300 students enrolled in Colchester County schools this and motorists are reminded to take caution in school zones, where new speed limits are now in effect.
