TRURO - Nova Scotia's premier will be in town today, meeting with the public and businesses on Inglis Place.

Darrell Dexter will meet with Millbrook Chief Bob Gloade in the morning before visiting the Northern AIDS Connection Society. He will then greet the public and meet with business owners specifically on Inglis Place between 11 and 11:30 a.m.

Truro Bible Hill MLA Lenore Zann will accompany Dexter. She said it's important for Dexter to talk with people on Inglis Place because "there was so much negative talk about businesses closing in Truro," especially in the downtown.

"But the truth of the matter is there were more businesses that opened and more are opening and they are doing well," Zann said.

The public is welcome to greet Dexter on Inglis Place.

hmmm I have some great questions for Zann and Dexter. Funny how these function always seem to happen while the working class are earning enough money to be broke on payday. Charles
