SALMON RIVER – Fire fighters and members of the Special Hazards Response team are on hand here where a tractor trailer had backed into a ditch in a residential area on the Old Salmon River Branch Road on Thursday.

Emergency crews are on hand because the trailer apparently contains an unidentified detergent substance.
