Prescription narcotics stolen
BIBLE HILL – Two pharmacies in Colchester County were broken into overnight Thursday.

The Colchester RCMP and an RCMP Forensics Unit spent some time at C.W. Fraser Pharmacy on Pictou Road in Bible Hill on Friday after the store was broken into overnight Thursday. Prescription narcotics were stolen from the store. About an hour after the Bible Hill store was targeted, a pharmacy in Brookfield was also broken into, however nothing appeared to have been stolen.
At approximately 3 a.m. on July 6, C.W. Fraser Pharmacy on Pictou Road in Bible Hill was broken into. Suspects gained entry by smashing the front door.
A silver two-door car was observed at the scene.
During the crime, a quantity of prescription narcotics was stolen.
Approximately an hour later, several suspects broke into a pharmacy on Highway 2 in Brookfield.
Again, suspects gained entry by smashing the front door, and the suspects were observed fleeing in a silver two-door car.
Nothing appeared to be stolen from the Brookfield store.
