BIBLE HILL - Three 19-year-olds were arrested Wednesday while smoking marijuana and later were released with court dates.
The two males and one female were seen smoking marijuana at about 2:30 p.m. Colchester RCMP officers found the group near St. David's Church on Pictou Road.
When officers spoke to the group, it was determined the three were in breach of their probation conditions and were in possession of about one ounce of marijuana.
The teens will appear in provincial court in Truro in the fall to face charges of including breach of probation, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.
