The two males and one female were seen smoking marijuana at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Colchester RCMP officers found the group near St. David’s Church on Pictou Road.
When officers spoke to the group, it was determined the three were in breach of their probation conditions and were in possession of approximately an ounce of marijuana.
The teens will appear in provincial court in Truro in the fall to face charges of including breach of probation, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.
