Truro-Bible Hill Conservatives to nominate candidate Thursday

TRURO - Conservatives in the Truro-Bible Hill riding will nominate their candidate this week.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Cobequid Educational Centre in Truro. Progressive Conservative leader Jamie Baillie will be the keynote speaker at the event, which is expected to draw up to 900 voting members.

The candidates vying for the nomination are Charles Cox, a lawyer and Truro town councillor, and Christine Grimm, a senior health management specialist.
