Pictou man pleads guilty to failing breathalyzer

TRURO - Pictou's Michael Allan Royles was fined after pleading guilty to one count of failing the breathalyzer.

Royles, 19, of 115 Elm St., has until Feb. 7, 2013, to pay a $1,000 fine.

During an incident on Dec. 10 in Bible Hill, Royles had a blood alcohol concentration of 150 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood.

A one-year driving prohibition was also imposed.
