Debert man pleads guilty to theft

TRURO - A Debert man who pled guilty to stealing from a Truro pharmacy was this week handed a suspended sentence and placed on 18 months probation.

Dylan Robert Tupper, 30, of 917 Plains Rd., also pled guilty to breach a previous probation order by failing to be of good behaviour.

Tupper's probation terms include not being allowed to possess, use or consume alcohol or illicit drugs and successfully taking counselling for drug use and for psychological, psychiatric or mental health issues.

He must also perform 20 hours of community service and is not allowed on the premises of MacQuarries Pharmasave stores in Truro.
