Scotia Bank in Truro has donated $5,000 towards Truro Minor Hockey. The bank helped with fundraising initiatives during a recent Halifax Mooseheads vs. Moncton Wildcats Quebec Major Junior Hockey League game that took place in Truro, with the proceeds going to minor hockey. On Friday, a formal presentation was made and included, in front, from left, Heather Hagen, manager of customer service; and Lindsey MacLaughlin, personal banking officer. In back, Rob Stuart, Truro Minor Hockey president; Rachel Ladd, financial adviser; Alex Archibald, manager of small business; Randy Jollie, small business advisor.
