TRURO - With each blare of a car horn the chants grew louder along Prince Street in Truro Saturday.
"Drought, drought, what's it all about? Poverty, starvation, human migration! Politicians playing!" was one chant repeatedly recited along Prince Street.
About 35 people carrying posters and noisemakers, ringing bells and chanting environmental anecdotes took to the streets as a call for action to help solve the world's climate crisis.
"It's one of the biggest concerns we have," said Truro's Mary Jo Harrison. "People worry about the economy, and that's important, but climate change affects the whole world."
