RCMP arrest two men after shots fired in Onslow Mountain

ONSLOW MOUNTAIN – Two men are in custody following shots being fired in Onslow Mountain Wednesday afternoon.

Colchester RCMP responded to a report of shots fired near a residence on Onslow Mountain Road yesterday at about 3 p.m.

Officers responded and contained a residence in the 1,000 block of Onslow Mountain Road. After a half an hour of attempts, contact was established with the occupants. Two males, ages 21 and 22, were then taken into custody without incident.

A search of the property resulted in the discovery of a firearm and ammunition. The investigation is ongoing.
