BROOKSIDE - A female moose that took up residence in a farmer's field this morning has now returned to the woods.
A number of people have spotted the moose in a field on Brookside Road in Brookside, located not too far away from the Valley crossroads. Department of Natural Resources staff were on scene since early in the morning until mid-afternoon, when they were able to herd the animal back into the woods beside Brookside Road.
