Clifford Carl Brown, 44, of 85 Jameson Rd., Lanesville, appeared in provincial court in Shubenacadie on Monday, after receiving a mental health assessment at the East Coast Forensic Hospital.
Brown faces two charges of
careless use of a 12-gauge
shotgun, carrying a .44-calibre
