Oct. 8 provincial election


Karen Casey, Liberal - Canvassing in Belmont and Valley; 5 p.m.-5:30 p.m., answering questions from voters at trurodaily.com; 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m., attending rally at Valley-Kemptown Fire Hall with party leader Stephen McNeil.

Jim Wyatt, NDP - Canvassing in riding.

John K. MacDonald, PC - 10-10:30 a.m., answering questions from voters at trurodaily.com; canvassing in Great Village and Glenholme rest of day.


Lenore Zann, NDP - 10 a.m.-noon, canvassing in south Truro; 1-3 p.m., visiting seniors' residence; 3-5 p.m., canvassing in Salmon River; 5-7 p.m, attending Good Food Market, Riverfront Park, Truro.
