Canadian country musician to bring new show to Truro

TRURO – Carroll Baker is returning to Truro.

The country music singer is set to perform at Cobequid Educational Centre on May 4, which is her Nova Scotia premiere of her new show, Carroll Baker’s Country Classics.

Opening for Baker will be Truro’s Bill Huey.

Along with performing her favourite country classics, Baker will also include hit songs that her fans around the globe enjoy.

Born in Bridgewater, Baker has more than 20 number one records to her name. She has won several awards, including JUNO awards, Canadian Country Music Association awards, and is a member of the Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame and the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame. She was invested into the Order of Canada in 2009.
