TORONTO - Canadian television will be in the spotlight today as the Gemini nominations are announced in Toronto.
The awards celebrate excellence in homegrown TV.
The nominees will be announced by actor Patrick McKenna, of "The Red Green Show," and Anna Silk from the new series "Lost Girl."
The Geminis are celebrating their 25th year.
The cop show "Flashpoint" was the toast of last year's Geminis, winning several awards, including best drama.
