Free concert in Truro with Acadian artist

TRURO – Acadian artist Roland Gauvin is bringing his show to town.

Gauvin, a founding member of the band 1755 and member of Les Méchants Macreaux, is performing in the cafeteria of l’Ecole acadienne de Truro on Jan. 18 at 6:30 p.m.

Monsieur Crapaud, who accompanies Roland on his second album for children aged 3 to 7, will join Roland for the free family show.

With great musicality, Roland has the ability to move the students in musical, cultural pride and identity. During his 30-year career, he has produced more than a dozen cultural products for young audiences.
