Garden party in support of the arts

NORTH RIVER - The Norrie House will be open for tours during a special garden party in support of the arts.

The Marigold Cultural Centre is hosting the party on Aug. 15 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the house located at 300 Highway 311.

The evening includes a house tour of the newly renovated Norrie House, food catered by Fusion Catering, a chance to browse and even by various pieces of art work, a complimentary glass of wine from Bishop's Cellar Wine Bar and a special performance by Anne Davison.

Tickets are $40 each and are available at Scotiabank in Truro, or the Marigold at 897-4004.
